Standardized the product catalog with consistent pricing to streamline quote generation and improve estimation accuracy.
Developed a library of standard notes and assumptions to reduce time spent drafting quotes—estimators now select from predefined templates and make quick adjustments as needed.
Introduced an internal approval workflow using Salesforce’s native approval engine to ensure quotes undergo proper review before being sent to customers, removing this responsibility from the estimators.
Enabled one-click quote generation directly from Salesforce using Docs Made Easy (basic tier), allowing estimators to effortlessly create professional, branded draft and final quote documents.
Integrated eSignature functionality with Sign Made Easy (pro tier), empowering estimators to send quotes for digital signature with a single click, improving turnaround time and customer experience.
Digitized the closing process—upon customer eSignature, Salesforce automatically marks the deal as closed and initiates downstream post-sale tasks, eliminating manual follow-up steps.
